So this is the first post in my little training log here. I'm a power lifter and my goals right now are 700/500/700. I'm recently coming back from a 3 month hiatus due to a divorce, move, and job change. As of July, my numbers were 675/440/675. Let's see if I can get this shit done. Also have been cruising on 250mg test cyp since the first of the year.

-Speed Bench against doubled bands(~100lbs added at top)

Yep, maybe a 775 deadlift is attainable on your fire brew. You can't go wrong with this, MV90. Also welcome to the board!
 
You should. It’s awesome. I don’t go high dose so only side I get is occasional night sweats but it’s so good

Thanks dude, I use conjugate periodization right now. I'm by no means a Westside disciple but the methodology is very effective for addressing weak points and preventing injuries.
