Hey guys I'm trying to decide what i want to do for my next cycle. I just finished up a contest prep 16 cycle not too long ago. I was competing in classic physique. I came dieted from 270 to 230 during that time. Needless to say I put the lbs back on not too long after. I kinda like the size. That was my first comp and I felt like I looked like I had cancer! Shredded as hell but for my 6"4 frame I felt small at that point. I would like to make the transition into open bodybuilding but don't really know how to go about that. IF POSSIBLE i'd like to do it without using GH/slin. IF POSSIBLE! I'm not sure if I want to recomp at this point or throw on a few more lbs of quality muscle. I am currently taking a break to clear out while I contemplate my next cycle. However I a friend of mine convinced me to run a sarm bridge stack during my time 'off'.

Today is my second day on the stack so I can't really log anything yet. Around December / January I thought of running Test
/Deca / EQ / Tbol to put on some quality size. However I want dry gains and I know Deca will give a bit of water. This will most likely put me into the 290+ range. Currently since I am only 4 weeks off of my comp cycle I was taking advantage of all...yes ALL the delicious food I missed out on. But I'm at the point where I'm cleaning the diet up again, just because I don't want to get sloppy!

So let me get to the point, I wanted to know what cycles you all recommend to put on some good size meanwhile still looking hard and dry. Any suggestions and stacks would be appreciated. I also wanted to try MENT, so let me know you guys thoughts and opinions and where MENT would fit in. Also I haven't run across many sources for MENT so if anyone has some good quality legit sources for this feel free to PM me, considering I've never ran this. I've seen some on some research websites such as purerawz but not sure of the quality.
Also if anyone has run my proposed stack (Test/Deca/Tbol/EQ) let me know how you responded so I will know what to expect for my fyi... Thanks in advance guys, as always your opinions and advice are much appreciated
