Pipelines Mygearguru Blast!

I'm going to run this blast on all mygearguru.Com gear. It's all global except the hgh which is generic black tops he has.

So here is what I'm going with:

Week 1 to 15 Global Tmix 682.5mg a week
*(test ace30mg,test deca100mg, test prop55, test pp55, testcyp85)

Week 1 to 15 Global NandroMix 525mg a week
*(npp50, Nandrolone undeca100, Nandrolone deca150)

Week 1 to 15 Global TrenMix 350mg a week
*(tren ace50, tren hex50, tren enan100)

Week 1 to 6 Global Anapoloon 100mg daily
*(anadrol)

Week 1 to 6 Global D-bolic 30mg daily
*(dbol)

Week 1 to 16 Global Aromasin 12.5mg daily

Preworkout Global Suspension 50mg pwo
*(test suspension)

Week 1 to 15 HGH blacktop generics 5iu 5days a week 2.5 am & 2.5pm

Week 5 to 9 Global igf lr3 (not sure how I'm going to run yet but. will get it figured soon)

Also have anavar suspension by Global that I will get into later into this run.

I have Pfizer Caber to run in case of 19nor issues.


So as you can see this will be an interesting stack. This will be a recompense and strength cycle. I'm not a bodybuilder but not mind looking ripped up with my strong.

400m run
Work up to 10 rep max deadlift.(reverse green band. standing on 3/4" mat.

Strength:

1 set×10 rep at -5% of 10rm: 385lb

1 set×10 rep are-10% of 10rm: 365lb

Stamina: (chipper)

50× deadlifts @50% of 10rm: 200lb
75× sumo deadlift high pull @ 75lb
200meter farmers carry with a 70lb kettlebell in each hand.


Had to cut it short today. Had to pick a family member up after surgery. Usually have a work capacity section and a durability/recovery section.

10 rep max flat bench press with football bar(farthest handles out)and double chains added to each side (65lb at the top)

Bar+chains×10

Strength:

1set @ -5% of 10rm: 190×10

1set @ -10% of 10rm: 180×10

Stamina: 3 rounds

15× flat bench (same setup) @50% 10rm: 100
20× alternating arm dumbell presses: 35#db
100ft walking lunges with 45# plate overhead

Totally bottomed out my blood glucose during this workout. Tested when I got home and it was bad. Got a 46 bg level. Had to down some of and glucose tabs plus dinner. Then tested hour after first only hit 78. So proceeded to eat a blueberry cheese Danish. Finally broke 100 now. Still going to eat some candy to get another 25 or 30 points to be safe. Going to continue to monitor this situation over the next week or two to be sure there isn't a bigger issue.

Just did a little extra stuff today.

Weighted pullups with 100# dumbell×5 superset with low rows with 75# ×20 for 10 sets.

So far all the oils are pip free. I even split them to test it out. The orals are kicking in nicely. The hgh has my hands getting just as numb if not more than my previous kits.

(Weights couldn't be exactly where they should be because of the limited range of weights with kettlebells)

Stamina: 4 Rounds

20× kb pushpress @ 50% 10rm: 44#
5× weighted pullups with 50#
100ft sled pull with 315#
10× ghd situps

Also the injectable var is cool. It kicked in at the very end of my work out. Took a little because if was the first time using I would imagine but my arms are pumped from typing on my phone right now.

Probably reccomend a good 2 hours before your workout would be perfect for pwo. Maybe even a bit longer. Tried 1.5 ml so it was 37.5mg.

20×alternating arm flat dumbell press: 35#
200foot walking lunges holding 45# plate overhead

Front squat for 10rm

225×10 *10rm but last rep was ugly. Bar got of of position I was all up on my toes, it just fell apart. So that was it for me.

Strenght:

1set @-5% of 10rm: 215
2sets@-10% of 10rm: 205

Stamina: 4 Rounds

20×front squat @50% 10rm: 115
25x body weight jump squats
50 meter weighted carry with 185lb sandbag in front hug position.
 
Haven't done high rep front squats yet great idea.
You're incline bench looks solid as fuck!

They kill quads real good. And thank you for the compliment. My incline bench sucked for so long I'm just happy it finally started going up again.
