So Ive been chasing 700 for awhile now and attempted and failed twice. Once off floor second time to knee level. I has tripled 640x3 the week before I missed the lockout. I then waited couple weeks the decided if i pulled 645x3 I'd have the confidence that I'd need to rip 700 up clean. I had left my belt home that day and almost went light but attempted the 3rm. First rep felt and heard two pops and was rehabbing for awhile. Finally back to 100% and just pulled 605x5 easily could of hit 6 or 7. Was rotating between conventional , sumos , and rack, then pulled 675x1 lower shin level , week after 650x1 which was slow but felt light at top end. This week I had to rush in and did a deload but still did well having only about 400 cals in me from a quick breakfast. Pulled 585x1 belted then unbelted again 585. Followed with banded speed work 5x2 deads and squats banded speed squats 5x2. Shrugs and GHR,hypers and reverse hypers bodyweigh( no rev hyper so just do backward off GHR)...
I feel like next week would be a perfect time to go for it, as I haven't deloaded in awhile and Ive had a perfect diet in two weeks moving up a notch in my weight belt and just finished up cycle but gear still in system(long ester)... Going to eat even more this week and pushing 2 gallons of water with bcaas and creatine for water weight. Prob will squat tuesday higher reps olympic style and do some core work so shouldn't interfer wuth Sunday deadlift.
Thinking of warming up 135x10, 225x10, 315x6, 405x6, 495x1 ,585x1 to 700 if 585 feels light.Also will be doing some light strethcing and rolling out few times this week. No caffeine all week till Sunday then plan on 350 mg caffeine 75mg dmaa and 50mg ephedrine hcl.
Wish me luck this week brothers. i think it's time to step up to the next level.If I hit it I'll be squatting working on a 600 squat till meet in DEC. where I hope to get around 550-6/400/700-715 @ 220
 
Oh yes and did a meet last year tore pec few weeks later( second very minor tear no surgery needed either time) which slowed deads and bench again and year b4 that was going to hit 700 at at a meet and tore lat with my opener at 585. After this I plan on limiting reg deads off the floor and ding more high reps and volume when I actually pull. Maybe 2 weeks off floor every 8 weeks or so with other weeks being deficits, rack pulls, block pulls ,good mornings etc more of a westside routine but still going off floor for high reps after ME lift evry other week or so
 
Once you find out where your deadlift is truly at right now I would try running coan/phillipi with whatever your current is plugged in for current and plug 700 for Desired max. Even if you don't survive the program you should get close or get 700 if you make it through like the first 5 weeks

The only thing I'd add to what you've already got is some partials at the top range where you said it was tight. Any time I needed a push through a plateau I find the weak part and work in that range to blast through

Seeing what happens Sat day early but ... Going prob right from 585 or 610 to 700 ... if I were to hit 650 that would be way to close to 100% if I could hit 700 to save energy for another heavy pull...So 650 2 weeks ago was my last heavy single and last week 585 was deload. I think I got it easy...It;s just the mind set right before i pull if I let doubt slip in Im fkd. So ammonia epehdrine and have my bro slap me good with some Pantera...Let u kno if I pull it. I wont let up on that till i rip my fking arms off
 
Hit 700 today. Went right from 585 and this shit moved fast as fuck and felt light!!! It would not have passed in a meet as I didnt really lockout fully and then tried to kind of bounce it up as I forgot to chalk up again after the 585 pull. It was slipping in to the fingers lol. So I am now focused on a 710-725 in meet this year to make it official as a 700+ deadlift!!! Weighed about 211 in shorts and wrestling shoes. @ weeks ago I pulled 650m and the lockout was perfect but the lift felt much heavier than 700 did and was the slowest dead of my life!!! I did a deload last week but rested one day less as I trained with bro in town for a day... So despite it not been a clean lift I am counting it as I know I am above 700 right now. I am thinking if I hit some lockouts and kept things heavy I could smoke 710 in 4 weeks but I think I may go to some volume work and work on squat so when I compete in DEC I will hopefully be at 600/400/725 at 220 weight class (and hopefully weighing 220 lol)
 
IF neone is on instagram for powerlifting shit then lmk ill share the vid...def dont wanna post it openly ... I was staying on but finally decided it is better to come off than risk being stuck on TRT forever and I can prob retain most strength as I always do... Also if I stayed on I'd be competing in OCT on just min test and deca dose. if I wait till DEC.. I'll have testP,DECA,Test CYp,DROL, and possibly a test base or something like halo to get me taring shit up like nothing...If school doesnt interfere to much i plan on December 600/400/725 220lbs...Starting squat work NOW

Thanks bro...I'm going to be going hard this winter aiming to put up a decent total.Sure it'll be top 20 in my class from what Ive seen but far from record in one lift ...I'd have to do like 830-840 dead @220 to get dead record for the entire federtion and now the WR for 220 deadlift is 936? or so...Set just recently by Calier Woolman. Guys skinny and tall but machine weighed like 210 or something...

( edit If anyone knows PL I mean top twenty total in my federation...top 20 in the world is a whole diff freak game ...i dont even wanna know what those numbers are...plus feds battle all the time over whats more legit and will bitch about any other federartions WR saying the squats werent deep enough etc)
