Does anyone have any experience with ozempic? My wife is wanting to start taking it and I need some info on dosage and how many injections weekly?

I tried it. You start on .25 a week and then after a month you go up to .5 It’s just once per week. I had to stop because of constipation. I was trying to use it to cut. Definitely helps with hunger.

#edited my dosage

Dude fuck that drug. I have taken alot of shit…and in no way would i touch that, hell i took DNP and wouldnt touch Ozempic. If she wants to lose FAST, just go carnivore. I literally eat 2x the amount of “calories” now than i did years ago and lose fat insanely fast. All about controlling insulin, not calories

Dude i lost 30lbs in a month on carnivore lol cant get any quicker

I don't see how anyone does that carnivore diet. I can go on a 10-day water fast easier than going straight carnivore.

What’s that diet do for you cholesterol levels?
Havent gotten it checked yet, but once you go down the rabbit hole on cholesterol, your view will change. A low CAC score, with even a LDL of 500 means nothing for heart issues. Dr philip ovaidia speaks on this alot, as he is a top heart surgeon

"The beginning dose is 0.25 mg once a week for the first 4 weeks. This will help give your body a chance to get used to the medicine.

At Week 5-8, your health care provider will increase the dose to 0.5 mg once a week."

It is the dosage instruction from ozempic official website for beginner. Hope that it can provide a reference for your wife.

Yeah, start with a low dosage to build up tolerance. And it can prevent side effects from high dosage that are unbearable for the users.

IMO less sides with Mounjaro/Zepbound vs Ozempic/Wegovy.
People I know have gotten nauseous and had GI + vomiting issues once hitting 1 mg with Ozempic.
With Mounjaro, they are not having near the same issues at comparable doses. Both have been effective regarding weight loss.

I never got up that high. I did get a little nausea but the main issue I had was constipation. It’s probably due to a high protein diet.

I am currently on tirzepatide and have the constipation as well although not as bad as when I first started. Your body tends to adjust.

Its funny how both constipation and diarrhea can be side effects. My wife has seen both cases. Me, just the constipation which is understandable because it takes longer for the stomach to digest food with these drugs which will throw off your #2 patterns.

BTW, have you seen the new South Park short movie TV Tirzepatides? Its pretty funny.
