Alright fellas. I'm getting ready to start my first run with slin tomorrow. The slin I will be using is novolin n because my pharmacy only sells this one and not r. From what I've researched onset of this slin is between 1-2 hours and peaked between 4- 8 roughly.
My plan is to take 4iu pre workout. My thought is that by the time I'm done lifting it's hitting my system right in time for my post workout shake. Then I'll eat a full meal about an hour after that.
I also will have a meal 1 hour before my workout to take any risk of going hypo out of the equation.

As I'm not very experienced in this department I would like some vets on this subject to chime in and let me know what they think of my protocol.

Do not venture Slin, until you've done better research.

And, by the way, I do t know if it is a typo on your behalf, but you say your pharmacy doesn't sell r. ^^^ directly above in your wording. I usually refer to it as R as in Regular Human Slin, and thats you'll be able to get with out a script, you meant to say Log, as in Humalog, Novalog (NovoNordsk)

The Novolin "is" r { R } available from Walmart a.dsy fored than $25.

I just grabbed some a few weeks back. And I know how to use Slin, have done so many times ,

I will follow up on this later.

I wouldn't rely on any meal right at or around a slin shot.

Depending on the consistency of your meal, mow, or "NO"
Fatz z d a higher Carbo liquid with some fast whey.

I'll catch up later to guide you better. But there is also plenty of good info here somewhere I'm certain.

Maybe the lady I spoke to said it wrong then. She said they only have nov n. I meant to put that I will eat a meal 1 hour pre workout. Is that still not enough to take the risk of going hypo out of the equation?

Rule of thumb is 10 grams carbs for each i.u. Slin, 4 is not
Very much, but for an inexperienced user it could still make you go hypo,. And for first timers , in wouldn't even do the pre~W/O Slin protocol, I would stick to post work out ,. And follow the guidelines if using Slin, so, a 5 i.u. Poke of Slin, immediately after training, you should take in "at least" 50 grams of Maltodextin, or Waxy Maize (bout the same , but there are better carb.choices.

"Then" within the hour, not too much longer a solid me of Low/no fat some.lesn protien, and good quick carb like sweet potatoes, no butter, or brown rice with some golden raisins, an apple wouldn't hurt, (not alone,as an adjunct to the meal, whole wheat toast with jelly, honey etc. Then regular meals thereafter, but this is usually in accordance with Fast Slin Log Novalog, Humalog
HumulinR is what you have, Need it says active for 8+ hours the former 4-5 hrs, that's why it is preferred.

More controllable, gotta finish my sleep, I only woke to.piss, and grab a meal.myself.

Follow up w/ya later, while I am.at work, more time, + I get paid Lol....!

The only slin you should be doing is humalog, it’s the safest to gauge and it’s in and out with little worries unless ur in Death Valley with no food. If I were you, I would read, read, read and learn from someone who knows there shit, doing slin pre work is something you don’t wanna do cause you really need to be advanced imo to mess with that protocol, I would start doing it post workout at 4iu and work up from there. Your diet needs to be on point also, slin is a whole other ballgame. Why do you want to do slin if I may ask??? I have over 13yrs with slin and it still gets me once in awhile.

I can't get a hold of humulog or I would go with that type. But I do have the Nov r.
My diet is in check. I'm currently on a bulk and eating 3500 cals a day.
The reason I want to jump on the slin train is to try to gain as much mass as possible this winter in an attempt to compete in the 212 division next year.

I'm not going to lie, it's not readily available ( I used to be able to walk into a Canadian drug store and buy it just like you can with the R here,. But some sources can aquire it, your just going to have to put it out there, perhaps request in the buy sell trade (Trading floor ) section, someone will point you, or make an offer . It'll be pricey compared , the one you got is very reasonable,. And will.do.the.job

You just have to.be mindful of how long it's active, and whem. It peaks. About 8 hrs maybe a tad less.

Do "Not" dose any where near bed time, or even a nap.
{ Just Don't do it.. } it's asking for trouble.

I already know your set on doing this, so I'm not going to try and talk you out. Just try "only" 5 i.u. to start, then like the other fella's said Read, read read , and ASK for Christmas sake . Kool..?

Always have either glucose tabs at hand, it even a Honey bear .

I don't care if you have to put that fucker in your gym bag, keep one in the glove compartment. Glucose tabs on your person.

If you feel.the slightest of hypo. ( It happens ) but doesn't have too. No fun...! My stupid ass fired off 30 I.u.of Log this past spring/ early Summer, went outside to do yard work. ( I thought it was the last 3 i.u. Of my GH kept in the same Cigar tube ) Slin has a very "prominent" smell to it, and I just didn't sniff right , and thougt it to be the growth
I was fine, once I realized , I came in right away ate some jelly, and "Everythjng" else in sight. And said whoa...!

Do things a bit different now, separate tubes, color co-ordinated. So I know. If I had decided to jump in my car, or side track what I was doing and not at the home, I could have been screwed. BigTime..!

That's about accurate, just don't venture any higher too soon , get used to it, you also could lay down fat as well.

It's not magic, but it is the "Most" Anabolic hormone the Human body makes, and a very powerful one at that.

Eventually, if/when you get Log, you'll see, you have more flexibility with it, and can bump it, or do a second poke.

Same guidelines tho, with regard to intake of carbs, time dose b4 sleeping ( you can.go into a coma )

He didn't just choke in food, he was using insulin like a fool, and panicked when he went hypo, and most likely passed out while trying to get in the food in a hurry.

R.I.P. Big Country, he was a phenomenon, and should have been more patient with his game, whats the hurry..?

See where I coming from.. He was already making big strides , why push the envelope at that cost...? Life.

One more question. I've been taking 50mcg igf-lr3 for some time now post workout. Will it be safe to pin at the same time as my slin? I know igf makes you more slin sensitive which is why I ask

Good question, I used to do igf-Lr3 myself, but at the time with GH, I don't think I was using it post, I believe pre for the pumps, it's been awhile, And a short stint at that.

I'm more knowledgeable now, and have come to learn that it does in-fact hello insulin sensitivity, which is a ++

The whe synergy thing, I used to think that you had to keep skin and GH shots a good time apart, and that if Slin is administered too near the GH it would kill off, and hence waste your GH.

, I guess not the case. But actually still Learning the synergy part myself.

I'm sure there are a host of fella's here that would, or hope would chine in. I'm going to do the Igf - Lr3 again, as I have one mg kit that D- Red was generous to throw me a bone last order, I'm going to purchase more , and stick up and try to give it at least a 60 day venture.

I'm waiting tho, til I get back to a certain weight via this run

Shooting for 225 at about the same condition I am in now, & only allow lower and to get somewhat blurred, I usually keep a six pack year round. Not super sliced , but to where I can get cut and full in a heartbeat.

EQ @ near a G ,. 450 of it Bold Cyp. A little NPP. Test Undec @ 500 each 11rh 12th day. Recently decided to throw in Dbol for the sense of well being that it gives, only 30 mg a day, Oral blueHearts, more on workout day's as I pin a blend with 30drol, & 30 Dbol and the balance is test Base @ 150, yesterday & day b4 also pinned 100 mg test
Suspension 100 too.

GH 5 days it was 3 i.u. with random 2 off days , last two I've done 5 i.u. IM probably will use very sparingly, as I stopped GH for about 10 days , my hands & for arms have been almost constantly tingling /numbness to the point it actually makes me toss n turn when trying to sleep, e en then that carpal tunnel shit was still there with zero GH oins for over a week, a lil' tingly now as I type this on my mobile. Proviron @ 75-100 split, and D-Red s Sust,. As well as my own. Mine just ran.out so will just use up whatever test I have open, so plenty of test I'm sure over a G too on a weekly basis.

Nice run! I'm getting ready to brew me a little eq to try out. Mostly want it for the appetite increase as mine sucks at times.
I can't wait to start running gh myself. I'm saving to have enough for at least a year. Do u run generics or pharma?

I'm currently on 1250mg test e/week and 800 deca/week


Also do you store your slin in the fridge after opening? Says I can keep it a room temp
