Trying to plan my cutting diet around my work schedule but aside from my morning oats and some other source of carbs around 30g I’ve just been eating meat and vegetables. What are you low carb guys eating during the day to add in some calories?

I have some walnuts and/or almonds throughout the day. The unsalted, raw ones.
Also hard boiled eggs

I just carry my food with me ...since i was a little kid i got used to the big gym bag where everything i need is in. I leave the house every morning with 4 grilled chkn breast or 4 fish fillets and either 4 small-mid size potatoes or 4 cups of rice...then 2 more meals at home where the source of carbs is veggies/salad

I’ll have to get some almonds and other nuts. The eggs are a solid idea too. I’m at work a good portion of the day so food straight from my cooler or backpack is what I’m limited to.

That’s what I’ve been doing but I’m trying to keep my carbs lower for a little but my meat and veggies add up to less than like 1700-1800 calories. I am cutting but that’s definitely too low for me.

When cutting i eat tons of tomatoes with my low fat protein ehich is basically chicken and liver other good source prtein on cut is Skyr Greek yogurt and fat free cottage cheese. Very rarely do i eat any protein powders rather have something solid pass my lips - grind up some oats and hve them on me at all times whether im cutting or bulking

Ever since I got away from protein powders I’m usually not as hungry. I do need more calories though. Might just start eating some peanut butter or coconut oil to get some fat and calories since I’m already at my protein goal for the day. On top of the eggs and almond suggestions above.
