when I first started 5mg worked but 10-20mg works fine too. You'll have to fine tune your dose but I noticed that the pumps weren't as much once I was on 5-10mg ED which kinda makes sense lol.

I take 20mg a day of C, for other reasons, I can get pumped using a toliet paper roll and squeezing the muscle the right way. If your really have muscle connection and focus, you don’t need something for pumps bud.

I stopped taking pre workout and that I feel has killed my workouts. I miss it.
