So about me... I am currently 35 I am 185lbs... I have been training for about 5 years now.... my first two years were only crossfit... my next 2 years were only lifting... and my last 3 months has been a combo.... the gap comes bc 9 months ago I took some bad gear and got a leg infection and hematoma. .. it put me out for months and then lazy ass set in and I stopped completely. ... I went from about the same weight and 12% bf to where I am at now which is a me weight but about 20+% bf... ughhhhhhhhh
I have been cycling for about 3 years now but in the last 1.5 on trt full time.... I am of the belief that less is more with that stuff too....
My diet is not great but getting better.... any suggestions with that aspect are greatly appreciated. .... it has never been great but the last 9 months threw it way out of wact...
My goals are to get back to what I was....I train crossfit 3x a week and lift another 3.... I am currently running about 250 mg test c a week and about to introduce a very low tren e dose of about 175 to 200 mg a week.... the reason for the low dose is bi fold... 1) I do have high bp and need to see how I react to it... 2) I know that where gear helps... Diet and training are the key... I just want to hurry along the process. ..lol

Front squat 165
Dead lift 345
