about 213lbs and about 16 to 18% body fat ( i let myself go working so much but im cutting work back )

starting tomorrow, Fast cardio in the AM and official weigh in
evening will be my workout. Not sure what time yet. I will have tons of free time since im cutting back work. Im excited

I plan on lower cards then cutting to keto after a few weeks ( love me some keto. I feel great on it ) Going to get pre made meals, well cuz im lazy and have i money so why not

This log is really for me so i can keep try of my shots

and to see if my OTHER rc use will effect my cutting at all. I know what what to look for since ive done this a lot. But never with the other chems i talk about in the other section. See if that makes a difference. Ive read some thing on rc like hexen speed up metabolizum a little, well see. I also have clen. I hate it but will be taking abuot 15mcg every 36 hours

forgot to weigh myself.

Woke up. Did 60 mins good pace walking. Came home made protein pancakes and greentea ( trying to cut back on the coffee since i dont even feel it anymore )

about to do 35 to 40mg tren for my workout about 4pm

I love protein pancakes. If you have not, you should check out kodiak cakes brand and they produce a line called power cakes which is high in protein...and higher if you use milk and eggs instead of water. My son and I love them. We sometimes eat without syrup and use Maple almond butter.

Just did 50mg tren ace and 10mg TRE. Why the 10mg Tne......no idea lol. I try not to go over 0.7ml with a slin needle so i had some extra room ha

today i did

45mg tren ace
120mg test c

might add 25mg tne pre workout

also sleep patterns are all fucked up again. I went to bed at 12, opening to be to sleep at 1am. At 2am i took 1.5mg xanax but didnt fall a sleep till like 4. Woke up at 12pm so missed my morning cardio. Im going to give it 10 to 14 days to change me sleep patterns or just go with what my body naturally wants to do. Bed at 3am ish wake up 11 to 12 ish. Also find a 24 hour gym near me for my cardio at like 10pm or so

Have you tried that peptide that supposed to help with sleep. I think its called DISP or something like that. I started to look into ways to get better sleep without take OTC meds, but I got on HGH and now the only issue I have with my sleep is that I can't seem to get enough of it.

yep ive tired it and didnt work. I have some ambien and tons of benzo and soma. Im going to keep switching it up so i dont get dependent if needed to sleep. Im going to try to get up earlier each day so hopefully i get to bed earlier

Also just did 1.5mg tb500. Im going to start taking this 2 to 3x a week
 
Im so tired of not being TIRED! i feel asleep for 45 mins at 9pm. Now I cant sleep. I even have about 7mg etizolam in me.

Im about to give up on normal sleep and sleep when my body wants to. I found a 24 hour gym 10 miles away. I would go do but of course as soon as i leave the etiz woud kick it!
