This will help dramatically to the point your junk will actually look bigger & who wouldn’t want that. 2 is your genetic given structure, some are just thicker/thinner, wider/taller. 3 is not often acknowledged, the intestinal distention you have due to the consumption of various foods, some thought to be good & some bad. What I mean by some thought to be good that cause distention is for ex. oatmeal, sweet/white potatoes & excessive amounts of veg. Its typical among those dieting/starving to eat a pile of veggies to curb their appetite but only increase the hunger & issues in the long run due to how good excessive amounts of veggies are at stretching out your stomach, especially if raw. Don’t believe me, check out what a pro speed eater does to eat 100 hotdogs in mins. Anything in excess will eventually be an issue. Now on to poisonous sht like anything you drink & eat besides water & whole foods you made yourself. Most restaurants, Deli meats, sodas, flavored water, anything microwaved, just about anything in a box or can, you can just forget. Its all loaded with a ton of chem based preservatives which will ruin your health sooner or later. 99% of the grocery store will kill you if eaten in excess, yes i said it. Stick to eating foods on the outer walls of the grocery, like meat department, produce & no not the bakery or refrigerated section except for eggs. Just about everything in the middle of the store is sht. With this being said take into consideration the amount of foods you’re eating that cause you to be bloated & feeling like crap. You dont really know what you’re actually feeling or how amazing you could feel & think until you clean out the chemicals & crap. 4 make mental note of holding your stomach in and controlled. It is not wise you wrap your waist in one of these damn waist trainers, thats not healthy either! One good exercise for this would be to perform vacuums. If you dont know what those are, google it. Nice post, very informative. I need to stop eating garbage foods. I definitely feel way better when I consume a lot of vegetables and chicken and turkey. I love red meat but it bogs me down.
