Yeah I just don’t know how I feel about elevated insulin all day; that’s a recipe for never losing fat.

That’s how you put massive weight on, depends on what ur eating and you can really burn fat off by blasting slin all day, anyone I know who does 3-5iu at every meal is lean as hell. If your making your body burn fat as the fuel you can’t get fat. Once you learn how to do this, it’s all lean weight gain

That has to be an art: I searched pretty extensively and I couldn’t find anything on this. Actually couldn’t find many clever insulin protocols period, to be honest.

Look up "Mutants Insulin protocol", or I copy & paste some or it, or most . I've got notes intertwined throughout, so mY be best to find an actual copy, or I'll find it & put up when I do. It uses HumalinR tho

It doesn’t make a lot of sense to me; he’s banging HGH around workouts.

I just read that entire thread and those guys are all over the place.
One thing these guys never brought up was metformin.

Who here is using insulin with metformin?
