Was curious how much benefit GH would be for someone who is truly deficient. I have hypopituitary diseas (tumor on pituitary gland) and make about as much as an 80 yo man and , sometimes, none at all. A little background: I'm 6'2" 220lbs about and a 34-35 in waist. Not sure of my body fat, but I'm fairly lean. I am also on doctor prescribed trt for the last ten 10 years and keeping my test in the 500-700 range (using Pfizer depot test). My endocrinologist states that he cannot prescribe gh for my condition, despite being severely deficient, because insurance only covers two application for gh: dwarfism and HIV/AIDS. Also, I have been training for sports for 20 years and have retired from that and do bodybuilding style workouts now in the gym 4 days a week. I am 36 yo and just looking to see if gh would have an impact on my recovery, body compostion, and overall well being when combined with test? Thanks for help and advise bros!

Some more knowledgeable might know a little better but I would say for sure it would help. I would think you might just need a higher dosage. The only thing I would be concerned about it possibly excellerating the tumor growth.

That's the first thing I thought too. Hgh= igf-1 = cell growth and maybe possibly growing the tumor. But hgh will definitely help with what you want out of it for sure.

Thanks for the reply bros. the tumor is benign and basically just shits down my pituitary gland. Just looking to resort my bodily function to the way it used to be. Haven't had a decent nights sleep in years and, although I've always stayed fairly lean from sports, can't seem to stay as lean as I used to the past few years despite diet and sleep has gotten worse. Again, appreciate the feedback!

I think you should probably speak to a Dr about this. It can make things like a tumor grow. Idk if it would in your case, but I would be scared to find out.
Also if insurance. Doesn't cover GH why you asking about it? It's very exp if your considering getting it without a script. Not saying you shouldn't or should but it's pricey.
To answer your question to speak to a Dr if it won't affect your situation then it definitely help you
On the other hand it could possibly make things a lot worse

Yeah, I hear what your saying and agree that it should be talked with my endocrinologist further. The one conversion we did have about it he agreed that it could possibly benefit me but we would have to monitor pituitary adenoma growth more often than the usual every 6 mos. and it is not covered by insurance through endocrinology Dept. Because they don't consider it "vital to maintain essential life functions" like my other hormones I'm on. My doc told me the only possible route it could be approved was through neurology Dept because it was pituitary disease was on their list of approved for use conditions. Just wanted to see if it would be worth all the hassle and appts (and possible out of pocket expenses--though, money is not the biggest issue) to even pursue bringing my igf to normal levels.

You only take gh combined with test - of course you more then anyone would benefit- give it try Start with 3 kits minimum no matter what anybody says give few months and do not I repeat DO NOT listen to anyone measures by side effects i.e. Numbness etc . I went 10 years 38-48 straight never once had sides. My advice always is to not ask - teach yourself - use other methods to guide . The trick with hgh is a good source

True if you have $$ pharm grade but always know and trust your source - no need to test if you know your man

Cool, thanks for the food for thought guys. Appreciate all the input. Baffled why insurance wouldn't cover a legitimate condition outlined by my specialist and verified my blood work and MRI'S. Well, that's American Medical care for ya. Definitely something to think about more to consider. Sleep has been terrible for years and sleep tests confirms only 30 mins REM sleep per night, as well. Also notice it's harder to stay lean then it used to be, but still manage to stay in good enough shape. I'll have to pursue more with my insurance, and possibly, seek outside source if it's cost prohibitive.
