Would like to introduce myself .
I'm 50 yrs old. Been into this life style since I was a young buck.
Had a few injuries and surgeries over the last few years . 2017 right rotary cuff. And bicep injury surgery wasn't until 2019 bicep tenodesis and right rotator cuff.
2020 left shoulder and left bicep.. surgery again wasn't until 2022. Tore the supraspinatus 90% off the bone and bicep tenodesis . It's been a long hard road. Had to step away for a little bit..
About 6 265.
Still hurt but trying to do what I love. Jumping On trt. Just had bloods pulled waiting on results and will post. I'm also a rep for PSL.. absolute great company . They truly care about the members and customer service is a top priority.. they truly try to go above and beyond whenever they can..
Once bloodwork comes back I will be start a small log gonna run some PSL test and get bloods again.. if there is anything I can do feel free to reach out.. thank you for having me . I will do my best to contribute to the community and be an active member.
