Well, they say " don't bring a knife to a gunfight" lol...!

I try, thanks, pretty fortunate​ in that way I suppose, pretty much eat whatever I please & @ 52 still get away with it.!

I don't eat as clean as one might think, I just bust my Ass
& Sorta have a crazy Metabo...

Its very much a compliment. Ur lucky my metabolism hit a wall this yr. I used to be able to eat nuthin but junk and not gain a lb. Now i gotta watch what i eat. Its a hard transition. I was at 10% after my last cycle a yr ago now im more around 16-17. Gonna hit it hard tho. Already making progress. Right now 5'10" 227 gonna hopefully recomp and gain a bit. Ill probly post some progress pics
