Any of you guys fans of full body splits. I've always done 5 days splits before I stopped working out I have full body a try and got some great strength gains

Sure have brother.I love them and have used them for hypertrophy as well.One excercise each body part with 6 sets of ten with only 1 minute of rest.Will whip you into shape and grow some new muscle.
