Exertion Headaches all of the Sudden

First, list of what I am on and how long, currently cruising, and yes running high EQ on it. Been cruising on low dose test since Early December, just incorporated the EQ 3 weeks ago and added peptides on Thursday.

3 weeks EQ 1,000mg/week
TEST E 200mg/week
HCG 250mg E3Days

Since Thursday January 26th:
25mg ED MK 677 (split morning and evening)
2mg CJC1295 w/DAC (have administered only once)
400mg GHRP 6 ED (Split Morning and Evening)
BCP-157 500mcg (Split 2 injections in bad shoulder)

So yesterday I took my pre-workout and hit heavy back. I also took some MK-677 probably 30 minutes before the gym. About 10 sets in, I had the worst pain in my head that I think I have ever had right above my right eye towards the back above my temple area. I continued to train for about 3 more sets (yes probably dumb) and it would hurt so bad while doing a set. I got home and laid down barely making it home from driving. 30 minutes later the pain was gone. I took my blood pressure and it was 157/77, while high, it has been so much higher before and I have never had this problem.

Today, went back to the gym, same thing with pre-workout, MK-677 was taken around 8 AM with gym 2 hours later. The same thing happened while doing shoulders half way through the workout in the same spot. Now while typing this I am totally fine with no pain and did not even have to take any pain killers. I have never had this happen to me before and I want to figure out what's going on. I have gained 7 pounds since Thursday night from the MK-677....water weight killing me? Blood pressure? I just want to know if anyone has had something similar happen to them taking these compounds. I have taken everything before except the MK-677, CJC w/DAC, and EQ before, so I don't know how I respond to them.

Just did a search and it seems that EQ can cause headaches with some people, that combined with your pre-workout might raise your BP too much, plus the MK which causes a lot of bloat. Your bp reading was probably a lot higher at the gym because of excretion and the pre-workout was still in your system. You went home and rested which lowered your bp and by that the pre-workout was out of your system or not effecting you as much.

So you thinking after 3 weeks the red blood cell count is already highly elevated? Just never used it before, so wasn't sure. I'm dropping that pre-workout too, its got yohimbe and some fat burners in it (which I don't know normally take). See if I can get over to a blood bank asap!

Before anyone jumps to conclusions, how's your hydration? Are you taking in enough water? I ask because headache, cramps, chapped lips and the obvious, thirst, are usually the first signs of dehydration and is often overlooked as a possible cause.

That's a good one. Especially with all the new peptides combined with preworkout. Dehydration can cause blood the be thicker which can also be causing the problem. Lots of things here that could be the cause.

Start with pwo and hydration.

Are you bloating or holding water from the mk and peps?

Yes, major bloating from peptides. Like I said I put on 7 lbs. since I started them on Thursday. Pinned 2mg CJC DAC last night before bed, woke up 2 hours later with my head pounding in that exact same spot.

Hydration is good, I drink about 1.5 gallons a day, always have a jug with me.

I'm going to keep my sodium and carbs really low today, take a day off from the gym, no supplements and report back to you guys.

Lower the mk a little. That stuff with everything else can really make you bloat. Starting the peps and mk at the same time can cause this. Personally I would say drop mk for 3 weeks until you adjust to the peps then bring it in at a low dose of 5 or 10 mg and bump up 5mg every 10 days.

That 1.5 gallons of water isn't keeping you as hydrated as you think. That bloating is a big portion of your water intake and as the peps keep building with mk677 it could get worse. I got my damn work boots stuck on my feet from peps and hgh bloat because I jumped hgh dose to high and (like a moron) added peptides at the same time.

Drop the mk and slowly add it in. It will take a few days for the bloat to go down and you to adjust but if you keep going with it your joint will most likely start to hurt really bad. My hands get it horribly bad.

First of all, thank you all for the advice and Pipelinesteve! I fasted all of the AM and drank 3/4 gallon of water by Noon, but I was doing some moderately strenuous activity at work and the same headache came back. I'm guessing you are right on with it being the MK-677 because I have been running it at a high/normal dose.

Checked my blood pressure and it was 130/62, so I'm dropping the MK and letting it get out of my system until I can build it back up slowly. Would it still be affecting me since it has been over 24 hours since last administration? I know the half life it 24 hours, but I guess it could still be affecting me.

I have to agree with Steve here, up the hydration and drop MK. You may also find that a low dose aspirin will help those headaches go away. I usually keep a normal dose aspirin tablet on me and I can bite it in half or even quarter it if needed in the gym if I feel one coming on. BP always sneaks up and get me, but the aspirin seems to lower it a little, if I feel like I need more I just take a bit more till the pressure and pain subside. You may also find magnesium glycinate to be of benefit. I've had intense migranes in the past and was prescribed something that was compounded and the main ingredient is magnesium glycinate and it works amazingly.

So I have not had a headache in 3 days while working out. Thanks for all the input guys cause that was scary. I'm battling a sinus infection now, so I'm wondering if that increased the head pressure as the infection was building.

I adjusted the CJC to 1mg every other day and I started back yesterday on MK at a very low dose of 5mg and I'm going to work my way up slowly.
