Hey guys!

Currently sitting at about 176 ish 13% bodyfat, wanna Drop down to about 8% bodyfat to get the last bit of fat off those problem areas, chest/love handles etc.

Was wondering what you guys would recommend? I saw that D-Red has that shreds blend with test, tren and mast mixed together and I think that would be a great cutting stack.

Yes it would b... my advice throw in 600 to 800 primo (btw red zone primo is just as good if not Better than bayer) and add tbol at 50 mg a day or var at 75( u can run var and tbol for 8 weeks at those doses) or 20mg super droll( if u run the sd only run it 4 weeks max towards the end of your stack) u b happy with that garanteed... primo mast tren test... best stack I've done to this day

Primo would be nice but the price is so high it’s out of my budget at the moment.

I’m thinking of running

D-red shredz blend 300 mg EOD

His blend includes:
100 mg test ace
100 mg tren ace
100 mg mast prop

50 mg anavar ED for 8 weeks


Should I run clen and t3 or Eca stack?
Also what A.I dose would I need,
Would I need caber with the tren ace I’ll be running?

To to honest the blend will help but you have to make your diet key priority. Throw in some HIT cardio a few times a week, stay disciplined with your diet and added a little clen would be a nice little addition. Good luck with your training and I hope you attain your goal.
 
From seeing your progress pics you have dieting down pretty damn good,,, i think that stack + var/sdrol will be perfect for your goals and no need for an AI at those doses but keep some anti e's on hand just in case...

I'm not a big fan of 'fat burners' so can't offer much advice in that area as nothing beats diet/cardio

Bump to dragon - he hit it on the nose ! Cut blend does not really cut you no steroids do. They help - cut blend helps your calories do their work ( nutrient partitioning) or limit estrogen related water retention. I’ve gotten shredded erectors using anadrol and dbol as so much cardio and martial art practice I teeter on over training . Your diet is the cornerstone of body composition NOT gear !!!! Use gear to build and retain recover while you burn fat off . Clean and t3 and hgh in my 20 years more cutting then any roid. Anadrol Inject especially keeps me strong . At times on restricted calories my protein and gear I actually gain power . Training methods always cycling your workouts down to even how you perform even one rep needs more attention. I actually trained natural age 12-35 that’s only time I competed and easier getting ripped off AAS - though once discovered hgh will not cycle without and ECA I did before it was even known as in kung fu class Sifu made mauhuang / fo ti tea . People think AAS is cheating far as I’m concerned only cheats Father Time if done right cuz doing cycle still takes hard work dedication - otherwise we’d all look like Arnold

I don't think U will need caber or ai with that stack but good to have on hand... the masteron will take care of your ai needs... as far as clen t3 Eca... have u ran those b4... I know clen and Eca make me shaky as hell... clen t3 better but no Eca for me... everyone is different... so what works for u might not work for me

Anavar, throw in 40-60 mg/Var per day ' keep.doingbulur thing, moderate your carb intake as needed for "You" only you know better.., keep protien steady..And do Not be scared of Good dietary fat, it. Can /and should replace carbs as you pull them out.

Var will help you hold on to all of your gainZ, while dieting. Test, keep where it is, or you could even bump it up a little.

What's ur cycle like now..? Your in a good spot bro, for sure be patient .

Right now I’m just cruising bro, 250g of test e weekly. Been cruising for about 2-1/2 months just maintaining my weight and giving my body a break from dieting down and bulking.

best advice there is . no steroids "cut" old school bodybuilders would cut with test and dbol . to get single digit bodyfat your diet need to be super tight , cardio on point if not no matter what you do all the drugs wont matter

Right, I understand that diet is the key. I have my diet plan on point I just don’t want to eat away at the muscle mass that I got during my bulk, I posted a photo of my transformation in this thread, I went from 270 to 160 naturally and just wanted to see what compounds will help me maintain my muscle mass while limiting my calories. I have my diet, cardio and workout routine all set just wanted to get some info.
