Whos competing this year? What fed? I think Im staying with RPS...Not only is it competitive but it has geared no geared tested non tested...

Nice. I have never use equipment but id like to try it occasionally as Ive heard it can make raw lifts better. I've heard the opposite as well but
the former theory came from a video with Coan and Thompson together.

I spent 4 years with USAPL @74 kilos RAW but retired due to 2 knee surgeries. I really did miss it and tried a comeback about 4-5 years ago but realized I probably couldn't hang anymore being out of competition for so long. I could get down to 83 kilos but even then, my lifts weren't on par so I nicked that idea 4 weeks out. This body is too old and too beat but I still lift heavy.

SQ 217.5 kg
BP 150.5 kg
DL 230 kg

These were by bests and not a total. And I never competed @83 because I was trying to make a comeback years later and my lifts sucked ass at that weight. I was stronger than I was at 74 for sure but percentage wise, I took a major dip after the long layoff. I decided to pull out of competition 4 weeks out on a 12 week prepper LOL

I'm doing another meet on September 9th . Hoping for 551/358/628 at 181 this time. Last time I weighed in at 177 after cutting some water and carbs this time I would like to not cuts so much but then again I don't wanna almost miss weight either

good luck bro... Do you compete in IPF or USPA? just figured cuz the off numbers prob mean kilos...Thats great numbers esp at that BW... I MAY do october meet and stay on gear but I really dont wanna stay on to long cause I always recover well and even stay off till I hit my numbers off gear then cycle and jump up even higher...Its a slow longer process but the muscle stays naturally and strength as well, This time even if I stop now recovery is going be bit tough so another 10 weeks or so I may need long ass time on PCT and possibly have a hard time... Or I could come off and compete in DEC but Ill be busy with school...

Uspa. Started a little tren ace about 2 weeks ago and maybe gonna run all the way up to December 9th not sure. Possibly gonna do a meet in December . If I decide to do the meet I will keep the tren but if not I'm gonna drop it and cruise on 250 test
