Clen protocol for women

So I've heard some different things to run clen. 2 days on 2 days off with gradual increases for 2 weeks. I've heard one week on with gradual increases and one week off. I've also seen 2 weeks on with gradual increases and 2 weeks off. Anyone have experience with which seems to work the best?

They all work just different methods you build a resistance too clen very fast and have too keep increasing the dosage and that's why the breaks if you use ketofin or benadryl at night you can go longer with less because it resemitises the beta receptors. I usually go for a week but I bridge with DNP and a week of hot and sweaty is all I can tolerate and the Clen I double dose every 2 days so after a week I'm at 150 mcg go back to DNP for a week back and forth so never too long on one or the other

And Clen isn't so much gender sensitive as it is total bodyweight per dose female doses are smaller simply because there bodyweight is lower .

Thanks mate. I was thinking.
40mcg day 1-2
3-4 off
60mcg day 5-6
Day 7-8 off
80mcg 9-10
Day 11-12 off
100mcg 13-14

And see how it goes and take 2 weeks off and maybe start again.

Only increase if no days of are taken if 2 on 2 off don't double dose right away because desensitation won't accur

If 2 on two off take benadryl on the off nights and 40 mcg should stay potent consistantly

So maybe 2 days on 1 day off with Benadryl will get the most in 2 weeks?

I've had my wife on several runs with clen
20 mcg day1-3 or untill sides are less apparent with gradual increase over 12 days then time on equals time off , great results
