We've all experienced/experiencing it at the moment , I think! For those of you who haven't , I do not wish it upon you.
My onset of pain started about 30 years ago (I'm 48) , and not a single doctor could tell me what was wrong , till this very day! I'm curious to see if any members have or had at one time the same issue I am having now and if so , what have you done to remedy the problem or at least lessen the pain without pain pills. Can those who have experienced it share with me your experience. I see it all to often in the gym almost on a daily basis , a member jumps on the bench , finishes his/her set and immediately cradles his/her arm.

I can not seem to straighten out my right arm completely! It feels as if will break if I force it. It has hindered me from performing certain workouts. I have seen a LMT twice in 2 weeks and she seems to think it is Tendon , connective tissue issues. After leaving her office , I am pain free for 2-3 days but still unable to straighten my arm.

Can anyone possibly shed light on this through personal experience whether it be yourself or you know someone. Appreciate any feedback! Thanks in advance.

Sounds like tendinitis. I'm surprised no doctor has diagnosed whatever it is you have. I have tendinitis in both elbows and used to get cortisone shots in both until my doc pulled the plug on that. I notice that when on an NPP or deca run, the pain almost always goes away albeit temporary.

TB-500 bro, look into it.

Try CBD infused lotion. Kush Cream is the best I've tried and I add 1,000mg CBD Isolate raw powder that is crystalline so my idea is it acts as a light exfoliater while CBD melts into your pores. You won't get high nor fail UA. Give it some though before eaiting more pain killers. I can help you get if you need.

I just had surgery back in February, there were a bunch of bone pieces floating around in elbow, it would lock up from time to time completely and I'd have to force it open, sharp pain radiating down to wrist, weakness, tingling, unable to straighten arm, anyway, had surgery and it's probably 20% better to be honest, I went back to work next day, had no choice, dr wanted me to rest for 2 weeks but life wouldn't allow that, I kept it wrapped tight, I think there's ligament damage idk, I used to beach over 500 lbs, those days are gone, I'll wrap it and push 315 for 10 reps but pain get unbearable, I tried resting it for 2 weeks and it did feel better but this is my life, has been for 34 years, I'll deal with it until I find a dr who can fix it

Is it at the Tri-Ceps insertion.. ? Tendinitis..?

I hate that shit, gotta watch over ( hypercontraction) over extension. (ing...?) you know what I mean. Ouch

I had a ultrasound last year and my ulnar nerve is impinged. The ulnar nerve is what you feel when you hit " your dummy bone"

I broke my elbow, 9 months after surgery X-rays show my cartilage is damaged. According to dr thats why i can't extend or bend the elbow 100%, no pain yet but if I'm not careful it will probably start... taking condroitin and glucosamine. Have you had any X-rays done ?

I can't straighten my right arm 100 percent either. Doesn't bother me though. I get pain once in a while and it use to lock up. When it would lock up I just hit it really hard with my left hand and it would snap loudly and unlock. That was many years ago. Only within the last 2 years have I noticed that I can't straighten it all the way. Asked a sports medicine doctor about it and he said just let it be.

had this issue last year during 8 months of curing on 250mg of test, it got so bad that I could barely complete my workouts requiring pushing movements. I figured it was the joint so I ordered deca for a cycle I was gonna run and boom cleared up after deca kicked in cycle ended 4 months ago and still on pain, but I have a feeling its something ill be dealing with again.

Hey man,
Just wondering how your progress is coming on the elbow. I have had issues for 6 months. I think I have multiple things going on. MRI shows Distal Biceps tendon inflammation (common among lifters) I have been down cortisone road for it a couple times. It is only a temporary fix. I Do have the straightening issue also, only in the morning though, and a prolonged periods of non-use (plane of car travel, etc) The MRI also showed a bone chip in my right elbow. I played a lot of baseball into my 30's.

I'm getting frustrated with these ortho doc's man. I am on my third one, and wondering why one of them kind figure me out.

Have you have an MRI done?
