I was just curious on what you guys think is to much cardio when trying to build muscle I'm currently doing 30 min of fasted cardio a day and sometimes 20 mins on the treadmill after my work outs do you think im hindering my recovery or muscle growth?

If I read your post correct some days you are doing 50 min total of cardio in addition to lifting. That’s too much. If your trying to pack on mass. Drop cardio to 3-4max times a week for 20 min. That’s all you need. 45-50 min of cardio a day would be something you would do in prep or cutting.

As long as you can maintain a caloric surplus with a quality diet you will gain mass. Now depending on the amount you take in over the amount you burn will dictate how much mass you will add.

Do you think its possible to overtrain your legs and inhibit growth with too much cardio, I ask because all I can work at the moment are my legs so I'm hitting three lighter sessions a week

I don't quite understand. Are you only training your legs via cardio or are you strength training them as well?

Strength training as well. I just figured now was a good time to up the cardio as I have little else I can do at the gym

Its really up to up. Like I mentioned before....more caloric intake than output will increase gains. I would advise, depending on the intensity of your cardio, when traing legs go heavy and eat, eat, eat.
