It has always been very hard for me to do my cardio on a treadmill or an elliptical or any other piece of equipment of that sort, the elliptical puts too much stress on my quads, the treadmill makes it kind of tedious for me...I need open space where i can move so usually i go with a slow jogging ( maintaining proper intensity) around the block...i don't feel like i am doing cardio no more i get personal moments of reflection and specially good prayer. HOW DO YOU DO CARDIO ?
