Last time i did it it was 9 years ago and i always did it like this
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: depletion
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday : carb loading, 350- 400 / day, getting ready for Saturday morning weight in
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday: very limited water, enough to survive
Am gonna finish this cutting cycle with something more simple, am on 30 grs a day now, will deplete Thursday and Friday, will load up on Saturday (400 ), limited water on Saturday and finish Sunday morning take the pics , see what i did with this little cutting cyle
I know there is a lot of awesome competitors here: how do you deplete and load up and limit water?
