I just wanted to share my experience over the last few months & the progress I have got during that time. About 6 months ago, I had shoulder surgery & it was a tough comeback! Unfortunately, they misdiagnosed the problem & say I will have to have a second surgery. Beyond pissed about that! Either way, I WILL make another comeback & eventually meet my goals.

I was recently in a contest to see who could transform their body the most, but I did not win. The competitors I thought would be winners, did not win, but that's just the way things work. Either way, the guy's that won are good dudes & fellas that I have much respect for working hard & helping out anyone that needs it.

I have never really put much effort into cutting weight, until a few months ago. It was best thing I could have done though, as I have got off my bp meds & I am in the best shape I've been, in years! These are some before & after photos...

The pictures came out really small & it's hard to see detail. Not sure why. Anyway, I will keep you all updated, with any big changes in the future. Highly motivated right now & things like this just keep me going even stronger! Hope you all are having a happy & safe 4th.

U should be still changing now.
Once metabolism running u should get to 10-12% easy

I think I'm around 10% at the moment, but not sure. I need to get it checked. Couldn't believe I lost a pound during my vacation. My metabolism is like a furnace right now!
 
Good work man. I've never attempted a true cut either. Trying to talk myself into it now lol...I just love food...

Right! I am the same way. I've always been a real big eater! I still eat alot, but I cut back the amount of carbs I get. That & cardio. Only gear I was taking was test & tren, along with an otc fat burner. I'm just happy that I've kept most of my strength & dropped a little more fat, since I finished my pct. I would try it bro. It gets easier as you adjust to it. Not much easier, but a little lol.

How tall are you? I'm just 5'9
 
5'8. I was a big dude at 248 lbs, but it was pretty sloppy. I'm in my early 30's & only done 3 cycles, so I am in my prime for growing & I want to push myself hard. I bulk quick though, so I have to be careful not to put to much fat on. I thought kind of like you are now at first, but than it got addictive to see myself much leaner. Sounds corny, but it's true. Besides, you should be able to keep most of your strength, especially on gear.
 
If I end up having to get my shoulder opperated on again, I want my metabolism burning as fast as I can get it! At least that's the plan, to keep fat minimal while I'm down & out. I will hold off another cycle, until I figure out if that's happeneing. I have a little more leaning to do & than I want to hit a lean bulk.

I am 5'8" I have 32" waist at 13%
30 at 9"
And 29" at 6%
By your photos u are around 16% bf

Keep pushing 10% very vascular.
I am around 205 at 10% of in shape.
And 187-194 at 6% in shape.
It depends on what I Gotta do to get from 10% to 6% that my weight will be!!

Sometimes I gotta cut cals and carbs so low I get hypo and have to grab Mike and Ike's...

At 215 10% bf means u have around
21.5 lbs of bf total.

I would say u at 16-17% bf atm.
Lose another 10lbs I figure u will fall close to me at 10% so around 205 lbs.

I am good judge in bf%.
Not being neg u look great.
The next 10lbs will put u at really good spot so push and do it Brother!!

I'm not good at judging bf%, but those are not the most recent photo's either. I will get it checked this next week & let you know what I find out. Only way to get an accurate #.

The US navy has a way u measure that is close.
Google it. Use a measuring tape like for sewing.. u put in #s and it figures out.

Calipers are so so if u get 7 points or 3 worst spots...

The handle bars are a joke at gyms. Lol
Shown me 11% at 6%
And 8% when at 10%. Lol!!

A good way is 10% road maps.
7% road maps in stomach and chest too...
Abs visable at 10% and even 12% in genetic big an people.

What happens is Lower bf more pressure of viens from muscle against skin with little far between...

U have trainer at gym measure with tape and then calipers and it gets me dead on!!

You're making great progress and look good but you're definitely not 10% in those last pics bro. Closer to what MM said.

It really doesn't matter where u at, we just helping u learn to figure.
