Hey guys, any other fighters that run gear also. Would be cool to share what works best for you since most traditional cycles for bodybuilding isn't suited for what we do. What do you guys train in and records if you want to share.

i train muay thai and boxing.
1-1 in muay that
no boxing fights yet. Training for my first one.

I've been having a lot of success with test and var. Var at 100mg is magic, weight loss and lean and strength gains.

What up bro! Havent found anyone else on here yet who trains

3-0 amateur at 185.
Train muay thai, bjj, wrestling & boxing. I finally found a legit source for arimidex (waiting on shipment arrival) and am prepping for a 12 week test e only cycle at 500/mg a week. Coming off ACL surgery (4 month rehab) and looking to get more time on the mats due to increased recovery. When in camp i train 6 days a week. 4 days 2x a day technique only and 2 days am strength/conditioning and pm technique.

What is your protocol for the var? 100mg everyday, every other day etc. Did you start it with the test or wait a week or 2 etc? Any info you can share is greatly appreciated!
 
Wow 100mg of var..I found that at 60mg was very strong almost to strong but i was also running test at 900mg a week and 10g of andro gel a day with 10units of insulin a day i got very lean and had sick pumps in da guy loved it tho.....

Hey bro. Var let's me keep really lean during high intensity training. Especially when I was going 3-4 hours to training 5 days a week before my fights. Let's me drop weight to a low bf and keep all my strength. I like it 100mg. But I think I would consider myself a low response user. I know guys that run I train with use lower does and get the same results in camp when we do pretty much the same exact thing and eat and sleep pretty similar. But that's just me.

And I think test can be lower to maybe 400-600 with var.

I take 100mg ed when I'm down to the most intense part of training. I love how it lets me drop a lot of weight and keep all strength the same. I went from 100kg to 85 and kept all my lifts and even improved some.
 
Hi bros, former amateur K1 fighter here. I also won a national title in Sanda (chinese boxe) before that.
I used to stay off juice during contests and contest prep, because I needed to stay below 200lb so no water allowed at all. Also I was scared of post-match doping tests so I better stay off (my coach would have literally killed me if he knew lol).
During the offseason I would stick with the standard test + 1 oral + 1 DHT stack.
Competing in martial arts has been time a time of my life when bodybuilding played a secondary role because the MA workouts were already intense enough by themselves. In the offseason I'd focus more on heavy weights and weight lifting workouts though.
 
Just remember to warm up and stretch even more as AAS also makes people more susceptible to tears and ruptures- Which 45 years of fighting I have had plenty

Ya man I know what your saying I've been trying to hit the gym and train and it's been kicking my ass. I also work construction 40+ hours a week

This is true. I use it because I can go from 95 all the way down to 80kg at weigh in and keep all my strength. But it's really hard on the joints.

I've been trying to stretch more and get more flexible and mobile. Any tips? Videos to help? I'm a tall guy and I'd like to be able to throw a high knee to someone's face during a clinch. I'm 6'3

Kajukenbo. 30s. Var, test, Tren, Mast prop. Tren and var a must. Ju jitsu game is off the hinges. I don't compete since I only do it for self defense, but when I grab someone, good lord it's over.

I'm on test tren eq and var right now and I'm winded very easily

Our kaju workouts are super intense so before I started my cycle I started doing very basic muscle group workouts for 20 mins at a time on the treadmill with dumbbells at 3 speed and a 9 incline. The only thing that really trumps the Tren fatigue is either just getting used to it from being on it so long or Adderall. Other than that it just feels like I'm DNP and I'm fucking useless so I feel you brother. Like the first day of class all over again!

I got modafinil from one of the sponsors and it actually works really well. Now some other site has hydrafinil, which I guess is an offshoot precursor to adrafinil, so I'm going to try that soon. Life savers. Fuck, why am I awake so early!?!
