Hey guys I'm new here and new to peds, I'm 5'9 135 pounds and 15 years old. I hope to learn a lot from some of you guys in the future.

Just playing happy to e here and can't wait to make this place grow like its on some good gear!

The sad thing is they wouldn't listen to us, only to the dudes at their gyms who have 15" arms and squat the bar one time a month.
