I knew it had to be DRed lol.

Great bicep to ab ratio there; you don't look like a 140lb girl.

I read your diet and doesn't look like you consume more than 1,200 Calories a day though.
I think people kid themselves thinking they can have abs AND a thin waist / trunk and eat more than 2,000 cals a day.
In my prime I really was only getting down like 1,600 total.

I'm surprised no one is flaming me, or you, for my comments about caloric intake to have a physique like yours.

I have friends that live in Germany and elsewhere and they look similar to you: all on 1,200-1,700 calorie diets.

Used to Love San Diego (went to Boot there.) "And" have visited many times, married on Catalina Island.

Divorced here , two years this Nov.

Eventually, I'll check out your protien, & probably sooner the Aztec cleanse. Might be a good idea to do before going in a Bulker, mind you.. it'll be a reasonable "clean" bulk.

I know the cleanse routines tend to lend themselves more useful, or should I say as "showtime" nears..!

But, not a bad idea either pre-bukk I would imagine, then again few weeks into cutting.
