Well, I'll say up front that in a forum about huge musclemen and the steroids that get them there, I feel like the little guy, but D-Red pretty much insists I share my YouTube journal whenever he starts one of these forums. So this is not me trying to impress you; this is me trusting that D-Red knows what he's talking about.

Me? Badass? I'm flattered. :) Will post each episode here but if you can't wait that long, I'm already up to "Chapter 10" on the YouTube channel.

Yesterday, 4/6/16, I was 244.2. Had my ups and downs, working on the downs.

I never had your problems. I am the opposite. I always struggled to gain weight.

Yes I am on gear and yes it for life

I keep my doses light. I am on trt. And I do have a doctor.

I graduated high school at like maybe 170. I am sitting at 233 at the moment.

I just love the way you did your vids and it's a real story. Not some bullshit made for tv. It's real!!!!!

Good to see you training brother! I have not seen all your videos, are you on a good diet and are you on any supplements?

Diet is my biggest weakness. For 20 years, from college onward, I ate what I wanted, basically. So even now, with the head knowledge and three different diet recommendations from bodybuilding/weightlifting friends, I have a hard time with the internal discipline needed to stay on a diet. ("Time for more chick ... OOOOO, Ice cream!!") I haven't yet created an episode about that but I will try to make that the topic soon.
 
We're about halfway through the material I have already created, almost caught up to the newest episodes.


And if you have any questions, or information about my diet or workouts that you'd like to hear about in future episodes, just let me know.
 
I'm sitting here bored at this computer, might as well get the rest out of the way right now.
