May 1st marks eight full months, and 35 perfect weeks, until 2017, so I'll be diving (back) into my workouts and eating better, so that a real visible transformation can take place.

Based on past experience (ironlifter.com, cough cough), if you have something to say, please make it actually an informed comment and something helpful. The last time I publicly posted my diet, some musclehead looked at it (with no knowledge of my goals, or ANYthing) and said "That diet's shit." Never mind that a degreed trainer with nutritional background had made it for me.
