Im about 225 but dont really want to lose a lot of weight but ideally shed fat.

Anyone provide a good daily meal schedule.

I normally eat about 4 egg whites every morning along w avocado for breakfast

Chicken or even a chicken salad for lunch

Usually make sure I have a protein bar or Pbutter on Ezekiel bread for snack

Dinner is salmon w rice and veggie or chicken in same fashion.

I hit the gym at 8pm due to work than come home and drink a shake.

Throughout day I drink bcaa or even preworkout and throughout workout.

Brother there is 100 ways to skin a cat and your meal plan is pretty sound. I say stay on it like a 20yo stripper.

Lift big, sleep. Repeat. You should be shredding in no time
