22yrs Old. 5'10", currently 250lbs with Abs. Powerlifter Gone Bodybuilder. Best Natural Lifts were: At 19yrs old, 410bench, 570squat, 610 deadlift at 225lbs. Once 20yrs, made the jump on Anabolic Steroids. Blood, Sweat and Tears training was able to win my last show and rebound up to 258lbs with abs running under 1gram of gear. That was my personal best. That cycle was Test, Anadrol, and Tren. Dosage was test e 500, tren ace 150, and anadrol at 30mg on training days.

Took 9weeks off (with all compounds out of system, had been using short esters, not long) after doc recommended a break due to lipids and liver, and I wanted to resensitise myself to gear also before I ran this "Becoming the spartan experiment" 2grams Anabolic Steroids.

I am exactly 3weeks IN today from starting my cycle, in which I am hoping to see how far my genetics will take me with Anabolic Steroids alone. Will get up to 2grams and hold there, granted I can the handle the sides as I find myself quite sensitive to everything.

Will be filming training vids every 16 days, to show progress, and if I haven't increased the dose goes up. I know how Ester times work, decided not to frontload, or even let the compounds build up normally. I want them to build up extra slow, so that I can take advantage of my sensitivity and get as much as I possibly can with as little gear as possible. Guys, If you have any advice, tips, and anything that may possibly assist me on making my journey as effective as possible please feel free to chime in :) Definitely don't know everything yet!

If I can make enough progress I will do the NPC USA's in July, and try for pro card right away. Time to get to work!!!

My Training split: Day 1 (Chest, Shoulders, and Biceps). Day 2 (Legs). Day 3 (Back and Triceps). Day 4 (Off)

Peptides That Will Be Used Throughout whole Cycle: MK-677 30mg total daily (split evenly throughout day in 10mg increments, to maximize Natural GH production), Melonotan 2, .3mg daily to increase insulin sensitivity. HCG 500ius MWF, for a total of 1500ius weekly. To reduce sides, increase sense of well being, and keep normal male system functioning.

Thanks for posting your journey. Question for ya, when you were off for 9 months, did you maintain other aspects of your bodybuilding lifestyle such as dieting, training and perhaps the most important, maintaining mental sharpness?

The only feedback I have at the moment, I am sure I'll have more along w/ questions as you post more..... I believe its true but don't have personal experience... High dose testosterone's #1 limiting factor is not consuming enough calories to utilize each mg of ext test. So, make sure your consuming enough calories to utilize your test dosage otherwise you may have more sides to deal w/ than gains. I'll check out your workout vids, thanks for sharing that too.

You said 2 things that interested me there. I know what the main function of each one of these compounds is for, but you mentioned some secondary reasons for taking these and I'm just curious about them. First of all you said you were going to be using the MT2 to increase insulin sensitivity. Never heard that it did that before. I've taken it several times and it just gave me a darker tint to my skin, and a bunch of boners. hahaha Also you were saying that you were going to be using the HCG for a sense of well being aka to be in a better mood or feel better. Have you found that is the case in your prior experience?

There are a few studies which show that MT2 greatly increases insulin sensitivity, I notice I stay leaner on it, and that I have lots of energy when eating carbs (vs feeling tired. A sign of being Insulin resistant), also. GUYS I FORGOT to mention this, I've brought my normal fasting glucose levels down by over 15 points by implementing this peptide. So my own bloodwork backs up these studies.. Lastly, MT2 makes me not have bad food cravings like I used to... I don't know why that is unfortunately.

And about HCG, read my other thread under the PCT section. It's called "Forget PCT, why you should never run a PCT". I explain there that If I don't use HCG along with my cycles I feel TERRIBLE. We are talking about bad anxiety, insomnia, can't orgasm, mood swings, it's literally hell.... If I run just a little HCG all those sides are gone. I can actually feel when the HCG is out of my system, I start just feeling "bad" or "off". Again, read that other thread..!

I was off 9weeks total (with everything out of my system), typo or misread i'd guess! But umm You're defnetly right about that.. most people don't eat enough calories to support muscle growth.. in my experience I need alot. 44 also talked about "better to overfeed a little and gain some fat, vs underfeed and make no progress" That's literally how it is though.
 
Soo I've been getting ridiculously sore this week, been on my cycle for 3 1/2 weeks... seems I get this sometimes when starting... Anyone else get super sore when getting back on gear? Had a few female clients complain of this also when they start low dose compounds. Anybody else get this?!?!

yes, the same thing happened when I started back on gear this time around. I had taken a long time off from working out completely, due to some personal and heath issues. I worked out natty for a few months first just to get my body and muscles prepared, then I added test and drol. I got insanely good strength and muscle gains, but I also got really really sore about 24 hours after working out. Im talking so sore from doing chest, I could barely work out my back because stretching was hard. It gets easier. I still get sore, but not like that.

I get like this at times and I feel you and I might share the same basic philosophy in regards to training effort. For me Heavy is how it goes, however the Heavy is one that is controllable and let’s me feel the contractions in the appropriate targeted muscles. I had referred to No Esters, Ace and Prop Esters for ‘bumps’ those small bumps allow me to rid myself of said soreness. Although more conservative minds might see this as reckless, it works and training consistency and quality are my main point always. If I have to deviate from my pinning schedule by adding a quick in/out hormone I can always compensate on the back end. Good read.

Wow I do the same thing that you just recommended... Except It's usually test no ester for me, and greatly increasing calorie intake if I'm really sore. I wonder why this happens though, mabye the body just is hyperresponding to the training due to adding the gear back in? I will tell you one thing, nothing makes me feel as good as when I take a nice pin of test. the body loves that stuff. There is just something about our natural hormone that is amazing.. almost "magical" I'm sure you all can agree haha

Try them on an incline bench just under 45*. Angle arms as well so as to not get a resting point on full extension or contraction. Saves the elbows and adds constant tension on the muscles. I know you’re young but when you’re old as dinosaurs ass crack dust like me you’ll be glad bro. Good lift.

Guys, I am thinking of dropping everything but test, and increasing test dosage to 1,250mg as the only steroid to max out with testosterone first, before I increase or add any stronger more aggressive compounds in. Keep in mind I've never ran over a gram before, so I figure why not at least max out with just test usage first, and see how big and strong I can get, then add in other compounds later and possibly drop test down lower.
 
Hey Guys so I am switching some things around, added in anadrol injects at only 25mg per day and as I feared my animal like appetite has went down greatly. Seems to be a reocurring thing with anadrol. Thought since I was using injects I wouldn't get that effect, guess I still do lol dangit
 
We are maxed out currently. Last week went up to 2grams. Will be holding here till I switch gears for prep in April!
