1st cycle critique

I am planning on doing my first cycle here soon I am 27. A good bit of weight training since I was about 15. I do have a dilemma but not a big problem I have been off the last year due to health complications with family that I had to be there for so I have gained about 20-30 pounds water/fat I would assume lol. I've never had a problem cutting usually falls off at a good rate should I start my cycle while cutting or cut first then start here's what I plan to do for cycle.

Weeks 1-12 Test E at 500 mg per week
Weeks 1-12 arimidex at .5 EOD
Weeks 13-15 nothing
Weeks 16-17 nolva at 40 mg per day
Weeks 18-19 nolva at 20 mg per day

Then I plan to be off for 8-10 weeks then start another.
 
It would be more beneficial to you if you dieted and got those extra lbs off first. But your cycle looks fine.

Your welcome man. If you do lose that weight before you start your gains on your first cycle could be really good. Cuz your diet will be in check and just continue with that and maybe add in more protein

Thanks again man I have a good friend of mine who is using and he is heavier then me and he's been on for a while and I haven't noticed anything but I also don't know his diet workout etc.
 
IMO start your clean diet and begin a dedicated cardio and strength training routine to drop as much BF as possible. Then I would begin your cycle. You will be more disciplined and results will show it. Good luck.

One thing besides losing some fat first. I would say every 3 days for adex. Then adjust from there. To much is bad too. It could crash your estrogen.

Also don't start adex till week 3 or 4 unless you notice itchy, painful, or puffy nipples

Yes. Always start low. Adjust as needed. I always reccomend you get bloodwork done before you start so you know what's normal levels for you personally for testosterone. So that when you are done and run pct you know when you are back to your normal.
I also reccomend getting bloodwork done about 5 or so weeks in to be sure your adex is working and your gear is good. Also helps to know if liver values are good and such.

Yeah I was going to get everything checked before for sure I was a little unsure about how far in I should get checked again and forgot about it all together. Thanks again brother.
